A journey beneath the colorful surface of the modern characteristics and symbols that form a part of the throbbing city’s expansiveness. Let yourselves be captivated by dynamic image animations and by modern choreographies which relate the gripping tales taking place below this surface.

The show is a succession of images of variously toned moods and colors, communicated through the innovative scenography by Josef Svoboda, the video screenings by Ondřej Anděra and Petr Kout and the dynamic choreography by Jiří Bubeníček, Václav Kuneš and Petr Zuska. Graffiti – pictures and often indefinable inscriptions made with spray paint – became an inherent phenomenon of the modern urban culture. They express with accuracy the quickly accelerating present, where we constantly discover new and unknown ways of artistic expression.

The Laterna magika troupe brilliantly succeeded in training the inexorably throbbing tempo of the choreographies. You will be fascinated by the profusion of movement, the elaborateness of each gesture, each look, each touch. The coordination between dancers is executed in a smooth stream of distinct moments, each releasing a varied intensity of the expressed occurrence.
